Beware of Strange Medical Bills

In the recent GO953 Quadrennial Convention, UPREHS President Rich Egan addressed the assembly of nearly 70 Local Chairmen regarding the complex and challenging issues the Association is currently tackling.

Of key note, Mr. Egan indicated that there have been recent reports of medical identity theft throughout the insurance industry. He cautioned that if any UPREHS member receives a suspicious or strange bill, to please contact UPREHS at (801) 595-4300, or toll-free at (800) 547-0421. Such a bill could be indicative of your medical information being compromised, and should be acted upon immediately.
